DocuSign is not only the industry standard for agreements, we invented the category. As a reflection of this status, the DocuSign logo is straightforward, honest and dependable.
The DocuSign wordmark is our main logo. It conveys trust, confidence and humanity. Use the wordmark wisely. That means wherever you place it, make sure the materials are current and best reflect DocuSign as it is today. All countries and languages must use the DocuSign wordmark in this exact format. Do not translate DocuSign into other languages.
Produce the wordmark in black or white. Use the black version on light backgrounds and the white version on dark backgrounds. Always consider the legibility of the logo in relation to size and contrast with the background.
Our icon is derived from the product experience we pioneered—the e-signature. It represents our product and company in places where our wordmark doesn’t fit (e.g., our app icon, favicon, integrations, and more).
The color and configuration never changes. Do not manipulate or recreate the Sig.
The Sig and DocuSign wordmark can be locked up where appropriate. This combination mark is preferrable to other marks because it helps us build brand equity into the Sig icon.
When using the wordmark and the Sig together, use the configurations shown below.
Clear space is the area surrounding the wordmark and the Sig that must be kept free of other graphic elements.
To ensure legibility, we don’t use the logo below these sizes for print or on-screen.
Most of these mistakes can be applied on the wordmark, the Sig icon or any of the Sig + wordmark lockup variations.
The wordmark and Sig work best when placed on the left or right corners of the page with equal space on the top and sides. It can also be placed in the center of the page, with the exception of using one of the lockups for presentations or decks.
Presentation
The DocuSign wordmark, Sig and Sig + wordmark lockups can be used on any background color or photography, as long as it’s clear and simple with plenty of contrast for legibility. Examples of possible color combinations using core colors along with positive and negative logos are shown below. Please refer to the color for precise values.
